Exercise for your Skin. Yoga with Nina Mua!

Women are obsessed with makeup. Nothing is wrong with that, because for me to walk outside without makeup It is like to being naked in front of people. You don't have to look like you just woke up, but sometimes it's too much makeup, for example the other day I went to a yoga center and I was shocked when i saw makeup on a girl who was leaning behind me. She had foundation, powder, mascara and eyeliner - that's too much my dear!  You don't want to look overdone when exercising. And also don't forget it does not benefit your skin.  It is going to ruin it. Especially when we are getting sweaty, your pores are open and it can absorb all chemicals from your non organic makeup line. I'm sure you never read the ingredients, but not all makeup brands are non chemical and natural.

We have to be very careful - your skin is a living organ, through it you receive everything directly to your body and also your skin getting older. It's very good that you are adhering to taking care about your body, but let's be smart you are damaging your body from inside out. Girls we don't need a makeup when we exercise, the only one thing you need  is something natural, like coconut oil, olive oil, or toner.

Exercise!!!!! It's very good for your skin, not just for your body. Your skin will become younger, elastic, glowing, it will improve the appearance and the health of your skin and will also boost cell renewal. Sometimes we have a problem with our skin because of stress, when you exercise the sport helps you to relieve  the stress which means your face will become more relaxed and it can help to minimize fine lines and wrinkles on your face. Also while you are exercising the skin produce a natural oil, that helps skin look healthy and supply. Exercise can help regulate sebum production levels which can minimize excess oil and clogged pores on the skin. It is important to take a shower after your workout because it's necessary remove the toxins and dead skin cells it will prevent clogged pores or bacterial or fungal infections.
